List Of Things We Need To Be Cool About:

These Microphones were recorded in their "best" close-mic position that I could find.

Which means they were recorded in a variety of positions, but all were roughly 1-2 inches from the grill cloth.

Consider it an attempt at showing what the microphones are capable of sounding like, if the engineer bothers to experiment with their position, rather than just blindly dumping it in one spot.

All amps had the same settings. Same cab, same speaker, same DI. No pedals in the chain.

So it could be considered..."scientific-ish" Which is about as good as I get on my best day! Expect volume changes (unless YouTube normalizes this). I did not adjust the levels on the mic Pres (unless the microphone signal was clipping and it was bollocks)
