TW-EX-8 Defender Only 1P Relay, 8 ops

I saw    • 【先鋒リレー13人】TW-EX-8 ／Vanguard only Ops［...   and thought this would be a fun challenge. Although this map has 2 lanes, they're not always active at the same time, so the main difficulty is finding a rotation to kill off one lane in time for the other lane. Fairly difficult because Defenders have bad initial SP but not impossible.

Feels like you should be able to remove Penance but it's hard to kill those enemies in time
