材料ingredients
1.2kg 生木瓜 (切片)1.2kg unripe papaya (slice thinly)
1粒柠檬 (汁)1 lemon (juice)
10 汤匙白米醋10 tbsp rice vinegar
10 汤匙糖 10 tbsp sugar
3条小辣椒 (切丝)3 bird’s eye chilli (sliced)
酸酶 (可省略)sour plum (optional)

冷藏2小时就可以吃了
Chill for 2 hours before eating
