Time Crisis Project Titan - No Continues - 18'45"56

I finally made it, here's a fast full 1 credit clear playthrough of Time Crisis Project Titan, playing the US version of the game.

Project Titan is an outsourced PS1 light gun game released in 2001, as a side story to Time Crisis 1's Special Mode featuring Richard Miller. There is only one game mode to play, but there are alternate modes of Time Attack to unlock.
There are rather long cutscenes in the game, and if you skip them, you don't really know what is going on with the story. The ending and credits cannot be skipped.

Project Titan added health items, which are found by shooting parts of scenery. The game only allows a maximum of 5 lives, and shooting the health items with 5 lives, doesn't show any health icon appear, the most noticeable one is on the Stage 3 boss, which I shoot at after the boss is destroyed. Health can also be gained from doing 30 shots without missing, it's not too difficult to do, but if you try and go for them, you'll end up playing the game slower, and I try to be as quick as possible. The game also added multiple screen battles like in Time Crisis 4, and like in TC4, where you can move around by shooting at arrows when hiding, it takes a while to move around and it isn't executed so well.

Like the PS1 port of Time Crisis 1, if you game over, you have to restart the area from the start, which has to be a major wall for anyone to clear Stage 4 Area 2. You can select Easy mode, which gives you 5 lives and more continues, but the game only goes to Stage 3.

As complaints about Time Crisis 1 are about not knowing if you are going to get hit from enemy bullets, in Project Titan, when a bullet is going to hit you, it is shown in orange and is slightly bigger. The whole stepping out of cover and getting hit instantly happens way more than normal too. A complaint about the game is that the machine gun enemies will fire before you can attack, and more often than not, you'll get hit instantly as you come out of cover, with the red enemies being far more aggressive than in the arcade Time Crisis games. Also if you play on the PAL version, the enemies shots appear out of place, making that version harder than intended.
The Stage 4 Area 2 boss and final boss sections are rather unfair, but this video shows they are possible to clear without getting hit.

The game came out on PS1 just before the port of Time Crisis 2 came out on the PS2, I barely played this on release as I was wanting TC2 instead.

I really don't understand the Skill Point stars system, this was the first time I cleared the game on one credit, and the time I cleared in was much faster than my original target. I've seen videos when people have continued and still got 10 stars, so maybe the accuracy is the greatest factor towards the stars awarded.
