Hiking The Murray Hill Loop: San Jacinto & Santa Rosa Mountains, Palm Springs, CA.

With the last few hours of winter upon me, I headed out to Palm Springs. The nice cool weather had me on the trails right away. The task for the day was the Murray Hill Loop. Along with Murray Hill (El. 2,201'), the loop included Wildhorse Peak and Cahuilla Peak. Being that it is Palm Springs, this could definitely be considered a desert hike. The views are the best part. You can see city and valley views stretched for miles, or turn around and see mountain views. At the very least, it's a great way to spend an afternoon!
