Foaming Success! - printing Light Weight PLA on Bambu A1 - part 2 - fixes and tips

This video is about the new Bambu Lab A1 3D FDM Printer, regular size, and getting it to print thin wall structures like RC airplane parts with foaming light weight PLA and comparing it somewhat to the X1 Carbon. This printer just came out and this describes what you might want or need to use it to print these type of parts. Orca Slicer 1.9 now works with this printer, and shows that Bambu Studio is not slicing as it should. I found work around in Bambu Studio for now and included 5 tips for the A1 and LW PLA printing.

This hobby and 3D printing is continuing to change at a fast pace with new ideas, machines and software. This video shows using the Bambu Lab A1 to print light weight designed airplane parts to build a flyable radio controlled glider. Our designs and our CAD modeling is different from other files available, but the same ideas apply. This printer is new and has some qualities that some users may question... well we try to answer some of those questions.

All issues from part 1 solved in part 2 - but like to need follow up when new release of bambu studio happens.

These settings are tailored for the SoarKraft files, tested on several different types of printers and slicers. No, I don't know if they work with other file sets, but you can test that.... and if they don't then it is not my problem to solve, I only support SoarKraft files.
