Fast Printing Fast Planes - Hyper material on Bambu XC1- is it worth the effort? SoarKraft models

Описание к видео Fast Printing Fast Planes - Hyper material on Bambu XC1- is it worth the effort? SoarKraft models

This video is about 3D printing the SoarKraft radio controlled gliders and powered gliders with a Bambu Lab X1C.

Hyper PLA and High Speed printing materials promise high material flow and high speeds, so will that reduce my printing time for real functional parts that need to be well formed and strong? How do you use it and what setting are necessary? This video explored what it is, how to use it, and does it make since for this application.... and all the other things learned along the way. I show max volumetric speed testing and how to tune other settings to maximize speed and flow and reduce print times. I even try out ludicrous speed.

What are we doing? - using the Bambu Lab X1C to print light weight designed airplane parts to build a flyable radio controlled glider. Our designs and our CAD modeling is different from other files available, but the same ideas apply.

Airplane flown - Juicy DS printed in regular PLA - a speeds over 100 mph... and yes it is a glider, no motor, dynamic soaring at Jones Pass and Mt Zion.
