Another Adora video because she's underappreciated and I love her. The song is "What The Water Gave Me" by Florence + The Machine.

I honestly didn't expect this to come together as easily as it did. I'd had a vague feeling that it fit well with Adora, but the process of putting the footage together deepened that understanding. The use of the word "overflow" was the real impetus for this, because we see so many scenes of power overflowing. There's so much foreshadowing for the Heart of Etheria project scattered all throughout seasons 1-3, and what struck me while editing this is how that whole plot thread literalizes the idea that Adora's true strength--what makes her She-Ra--doesn't come from the sword, but from her friends. She deserves so much appreciation and love considering how much of both she pours out of herself even when her cup feels empty, and that's what will save the day in the end.
