Penn Central and early Conrail on the ex-PRR Panhandle Route mostly in Eastern Ohio.

6:05 - Wagner tower in Carnegie, PA.
6:59 - I think is the TBS at Licking just east of Newark.
7:39 - Not sure.
8:00 - Newark.
12:11 - I think is Coshocton.
14:10 - not sure.
14:47 - Wally interlocking in Coshocton.
15:42 - Morgan Run. Crossing of the Panhandle and the Wheeling line from Harmon to Zanesville.
18:42 - Intermediate signals just west of Bowerston.
19:30 - Newcomerstown. The footage from here until the rest of the video was taken the final spring of through trains on the line (1981).
22:16 - Around Scio and Hopedale.

The last train being cut off was not a deliberate edit. The film ran out.
