Kickstarting his rally of the day in Gumla, Jharkhand, PM Modi said, "Under Atal Ji's leadership, the BJP government created the states of Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh and established a separate ministry for the tribal community. Since you gave me the opportunity to serve in 2014, many historic milestones have been achieved. Our government declared Birsa Munda's birth anniversary as Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas, and this year marks his 150th birth anniversary. Starting November 15, we will celebrate the next year as Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh nationwide."
