Pit Boss Pellet Smoker/grill brisket (how to cook brisket on a pellet grill )

Hey everyone! In this video I show how to smoke a brisket overnight on the Pit Boss. The brisket turned out ok, was a bit dry in the flat but that happens sometimes. This was my first brisket being done on this pit. I will do another one to see if I get different results with the next one.
