Kampong Chhnang - An Amazing Random Town in Cambodia

After travelling to all the usual backpacking/tourist places, I thought I would head to somewhere that backpackers hadn't heard of, and I found Kampong Chhnang on the map and liked the name! The journey from Phnom Penh was 2 hours by minibus and when I arrived, it was a 10 minute walk to the Guest House (no hostels in the town). Once I had checked in, I headed out to explore! From the centre of the town and walking around, I fell in love with the place. It was clean, it was friendly and I felt safe. This was definitely a good choice to come here.
