The Solo has been transcribed from a live version played in Boston at "Regatta Jazzclub" in 1990. The concept of harmolodic improvisation applied in this solo is not playing over the classic chords changes but implying other harmonies with the melody, always keeping the 12 measures form. After 10 choruses of Solo, with a traditional turnaround he lets all musicians know the end of his Solo. Beautiful lines, made of interesting rhythmic displacement and brief tonal shifts.
