For Outer Layer
2 - Boiled Potatoes
3 tsp - All-Purpose Flour
3 tsp - Corn Flour
Salt

For Stuffing
1 Cup - Fresh Coconut
1/4 Cup - Grated Boiled Potato
1/4 Cup - Gram flour Papadi
1 tbsp - Green Chilli
1 tsp - Grated Ginger
1 tsp - Crushed Fennel Seeds
1 tsp - White Sesame Seed
Pinch - Garam Masala
2 tbsp - Powder Sugar
1 tbsp - Raisins
1 tbsp - Coriander leaves
1 tsp - Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste
Oil for deep frying
