Using A Battery Switch While the Boat is Running - Good or Bad?

Great question from Don! "Hey Jeff, I have been told not to switch batteries while the engine is running - is there any truth to this? I am talking about going from Battery 1 to Battery 2 or going from BOTH to Battery 1 or 2?" ‪@blueseasystems‬
