Try this amazing Rajasthani Gatta Curry which has a fantastic blend of traditional spices to give a mouthwatering creamy gravy with soft dumplings called gatta, dipped in the gravy to give a wonderful dish.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

For gatta:
1 ½ cup gram flour/ besan
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tbsp ghee
4 tbsp curd
¼th cup water
1 tsp oil

For gravy:
3 tomatoes
2 green chillies
½ inch ginger
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
¼th tsp asafoetida/ hing
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp curd
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
