Hyperactivity in real life? The 1997 Pacific Typhoon Season will show you what that term truly means. A season that consisted of countless Category 5's, many typhoons, the largest eye ever recorded and a rare occurrence only recorded 7 times in worldwide history. This animation will showcase all that happened and the storms that took such records...in the 1997 Pacific Typhoon Season.

Hi all, this was a pain to begin animating; data sources did not properly line up, lack of data/missing columns so had to deviate to other sources to ensure for the most accurate representation of this season. But I hope you all enjoyed this historical animation! Stay tuned for the next one...something special will be coming. (HINT: leap year).
