The End of the Legend of "Jay Fai" Announces Retirement of Spatula, Willing to Share Recipes and Teach by Hand

Jay Fai, the owner of a Michelin 1-star restaurant for 7 consecutive years, has announced that she will retire next year, stating that she will not continue to run the restaurant because everything must be meticulous, so she does not trust anyone to continue. In addition, there are currently many vendors, and competition causes prices to rise. This is a hardship that has made us very tired. Her daughter will not let her continue. However, if anyone is interested, she is happy to share the recipes and teach them. Every menu comes from her own ideas, no one has taught her.

However, she used to think that she would retire at the age of 80, but now she is 81. She used to stop on Sunday only, then she stopped on Sunday and Monday. Now she stops on 3 days and sells on 4 days, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. She currently has a contract to cook with Korea and other countries. When everything is finished, she expects to be ready to retire next year.
