➡️ About the workshop

In this workshop, participants will gain valuable insights into utilizing the QBMS R package, developed by ICARDA and its partners, to enhance interoperability and usability within modernized breeding programs. This package simplifies intricate backend processes, effectively overcoming the technical barrier between Breeding API (BrAPI) interfaces and R users. Through hands-on activities, attendees will learn to leverage user-friendly action verbs/functions within the R environment, enabling them to efficiently query and extract data in a standardized data frame structure from diverse data systems.
