For Dough
Millet Flour(बाजरे का आटा) - 2 Cup
Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1/2 Bowl
Salt(नमक) - Some
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
Hot Water(गर्म पानी) - As Required
For Stuffing
Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
Ginger (अदरक) - 1 Inch
Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
Spinach (पालक)
Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस)
Salt(नमक) - Some
Roasted Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - Some
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - Some
Grated Cottage cheese (पनीर)
For Raita
Whisked Curd (दही) - 250 Gram
Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - Some
Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some
Rock Salt(सेंधा नमक) - Some
Soaked Boondi(भीगी हुई बूंदी) - 1/2 Cup
Water(पानी ) - 1/2 serving spoon
Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर ) - 1/4 Tsp
Chili powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1 Pinch
Boondi(बूंदी) - Some
For Tadka
Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida (हींग) - Some
Curry Leaves(करी पत्ते) - Some
Dry Red Chili(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 1
Coriander Leaves(धनिये के पत्ते)
✍🏻RECIPE:
For Dough: In a Big Parat, take Millet Flour, Gram Flour, Salt, and Turmeric Powder & mix them all well. Bind the dough using hot Water.
For Filling: in a Pan, add Oil, Ginger, Green chili, Spinach, and Tomato and roast them Then add Lemon Juice, Salt, Coriander Powder, and Grated Cottage cheese Mix it well In this way the filling is ready.
For Raita: In a bowl, Add curd, Sugar Powder, Black Salt, Rock Salt, Boondi, Water, Roasted cumin powder, Chili powder, Black pepper powder, and Boondi Mix it well
For Tadka: Take a Tadka pan in a flame and add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, and Dry Red Chili Turn off the flame. put the Tadka in raita.
For Parantha: Take a Big Dough ball. Spread the dough ball, put some filling, and make the tasty and Healthy Rotla/Parantha.
For Roti: Roll the dough ball, and make the tasty and Healthy Roti. In This way, The Tasty & Healthy Rotla is Ready to Serve.
