Often times, people mistake  the day 14  rule of ovulation to mean 14 days from the start of their menstrual period. This is only true for the average 28 day cycle.

Ovulation which is the release of mature eggs from the ovaries usually occurs 14 days before the start of your next period.

Not all women have a 28 day cycle, hence ovulate on different days.

Ovulation is unpredictable, and the 14 day rule isn't always accurate, but in the video I explained the best time to have sex while monitoring your ovulation.
