Another scoliosis-friendly core workout, comin' in hot! This time, we've combined neutral-spine movements with the theraband to challenge your core activation and coordination, to get you stronger in your core and shoulders without moving you further into your scoliosis curve or aggravating symptoms.

Get ready with a strip of theraband, about 100cm/3.5ft long. You can also make small loops on both ends for better grip and attachment to anchor points.
