Luminar NEO offers a lot of time-saving AI-based features. Mask AI is a feature you’ll use quite often for efficient masking. The feature examines your image and attempts to mask out certain areas, such as sky, water, natural ground, architecture, and more.

Sometimes it gets it almost 100% accurate. Other times, it provides you with a good start that you can tweak manually. Either way, you’re saving time. Make easy selections, and then alter those with the brush/erase tool as needed. You can also work with the linear or radial gradients as needed. Then, apply your color corrections to the masked area.
