The Gopal dynasty is considered the first dynasty of Nepal. According to historians, Bhuktaman was the first king and the Gopal dynasty ruled for more than 500 years. Gopal dynasty by the Mahispal dynasty. Three kings of this dynasty ruled over Nepal. Bhuban Simha was the last king of the Mahispal dynasty and was defeated by Yalamber the chief of the Kiratas, who invaded Nepal from the east and became the first Kirat King of Nepal.
