Chinese Steamed Fish with Helen (and Momma Wu!) // Cooking with ABG

Things that I miss most about living at home: 1) the warmth of my family, and 2) my mom’s home COOKIN’! My mom always made Chinese food for us growing up, and Chinese Steamed Fish is a dish I found sooo intimidating (from the buying process to the handling), but also super freakin delish (and high in protein!). I surprised my dad in Boston for his 64th birthday and for Father’s Day this year, and my mom and I decided to put a lil sumthin sumthin together.

This is my mom’s ‘debut’ on YouTube and she’s super nervous, and probably going to read these comments… so please say hello 阿姨 āyí (auntie) and let her know how she did! :)
