Rising trot (posting trot), how to do it correctly and help your horse move better!

Being able to do rising trot correctly is one of the most important skills that a rider can have. In this video I´ll show one very common mistake in rising trot and also how to correct it.
As horse riders, we need to be constantly developing our seat and our balance to improve our riding.
