vespa CNC CLUTCH: SUPERstrong vs ULTRAstrong / SIP vs BGM challenge ;)

which ones better: classic BGM or the SIP ultrastrong? lets find out!

sip vs bgm, which provides the better cnc cosa2 clutch?
price is samesame for the clutches, for a 23 teeth:
sip: 297,- / bgm: 256,- (bgm got cheaper, sip more expensive...)

as of the known bgm protentials after a few years
1) sprocket with thinner teeth from the beginning
2) plates do bend very fast = rough clutch behaviour
3) the replica cr honda linings might crack with higher power (over 25hp)

ultralube: nice idea, wrong side & doesnt work, see how dry
the groundplate is when i take it out and also already the typical wear marks with only 500km

in the end: it reduces the bgm superstrong to the basket + groundplate. so better take a ultrastrong from the beginning

why you are supposed to use the WEAKEST possible springs, to protect your big crank bearing:
   • vespa bearing KILLER #1 = 2HARD clutc...  
   • vespa bearing KILLER #1 = 2HARD clutc...  

which springs for which tuning?
9hp original: 10 standard springs (=125/150/200 original)
12-16p pnp tuning: 10 standard springs (=177 & 210 pnp)
20hp standard tuning: 4 XL and 6 original (=210 & crank out of the box)
25hp fine tuning: 4 original & 6 included L springs (=210 fine tuned)
-35hp and more hp tuning: 5 L and 5 XL springs

dont use XXXL springs, they are not needed.
