This is a 3 part documentary that documents the inaugural visit of the Rokosau, paramount chief of Totoya in Lau, Fiji. The documentary follows the protocols that are reserved for Totoya's royalty as the newly installed Rokosau visits his elders on Vanuavatu island. The term 'Qusiniloaloa' means "wiping off the black". Simply put, this documentary documents the traditional reciprocity between a chief and his people.
