In this 35-Min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout | Chest, Back, Shoulders & Arms + ABS | Strength Focus, we’ll start with 3 supersets focusing on the chest and back muscles, completing 3 rounds in a row. Each round will slightly vary the exercises, but the focus will remain on the main muscle groups. We’ll perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest between exercises and a 20-second rest after each round and superset.
After the supersets, we’ll move on to 3 bundles, targeting the shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core. This will be followed by another bundle of combination exercises, and we’ll finish with a final bundle focused on the abdominals and core.
Let’s get started!
These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
