Goat Curry HEAVEN with "Auntie Yoh" (Plane-Ticket Worthy THAI FOOD in Southern Thailand)

Thai Curry absolutely does not get any better than this - a visit to 'Auntie Yoh' for an all-out curry throw-down could possibly be considered "life-changing" for any true lover of Thailand's spiciest meals.

At a restaurant with the entire menu consisting only of an omelette, and these six all-star curries, it is no exaggeration to say that a visit to this restaurant is worth the price of the plane ticket...* its also quite obvious that they stand by their curries! Selling here with the menu UNCHANGED for over 20 years, as Auntie Yoh says "No one else makes 'em this way... so I'm not gonna be the one to quit!"

I think that in a single week's worth of Travel for Food in Hat Yai, Thailand, I now have added THREE new places, three new gems, to a personal list of "Top 10 Best Thai Restaurants," and today is a instant classic in my memories of Hat Yai for sure... wow.

Enjoy this brief moment of happiness through flavor with me, and thank you for all of the support that makes this possible.
