3 Ice Creams in 10 minutes I 5 Ingredients I Mango Ice Cream I Vanilla Ice Cream I Pankaj Bhadouria

Sharing today how you can make 3 ice creams in 10 minutes with 5 ingredients only!
This is an eggless recipe of a basic vanilla ice cream and does not require any CMC or GMS or condensed milk.
The vanilla ice cream is made using a simple custard made of milk, sugar and cornstarch. To this we add whipped cream and vanilla essence for flavour.
Using this vanilla ice cream as a base, you can make more ice creams but adding any fruit puree or chocolate.
I have shown you how to make Mango ice cream by adding mango puree and chocolate ice cream by adding chocolate to it.
All of these ice creams- the vanilla ice cream, the mango ice cream and the chocolate ice cream turn out absolutely delicious and better than any store bought ice creams!

Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves: 5-6

Ingredients:
750ml milk + ¼ cup
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Method:
Bring the milk and sugar to a boil. Mix the cornflour in ¼ cup milk and add to the boiling milk.
Simmer, stirring continuously till the custard thickens up. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
Remove and cool completely. Whisk the cream to stiff peak stage.
Gently fold in the cream into the prepared vanilla mixture. Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts. Pour one part in a freezer proof container and freeze for 6 to 8 hours.

For Mango ice cream:
peel and finely chop one large ripe mango blend in a blender to make a fine puree add One Cup mango puree to 2 cups prepared ice cream mixture fold gently or in a freezer proof container and freeze up to 6 to 8 hours
For Chocolate ice cream:
Finely chop 200g dark chocolate and melt it in a microwave.
Fold in a little bit cream into the chocolate.
Fold in another one quarter cup of cream into the chocolate.
Till it is mixed well. Now fold in the chocolate into the prepare ice cream mixture into a freezer proof container and freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
