The God and the Gumiho

The banter here was PRIME! I thought Hani and Seokga were hilariously devious. Add that the plot had me hooked and the blooming relationship between our two POVs felt authentic? SOLD! I absolutely will be grabbing the second novel. I wish I could read it right now!

This leaves a tiny open ending that hints at an HEA. There isn't a ton of angst here, and being in a bit of a personal slump, reading this book made me smile more than I had in a few days. It truly is a quirky mood lifter that will have you cackling. We get a great balance of character driven and plot driven movement, which worked beautifully. I was so impressed by this!
