Kidsave CEO and Co-Founder Discusses the Crisis in Ukraine on BBC World News

Kidsave's CEO and Co-Founder Randi Thompson spoke about Kidsave's ongoing work to support orphans and children in response to the war in Ukraine. Kidsave has been working in Ukraine since 2016 to find families for the thousands of orphans languishing in institutional care and support older kids and teens aging out of care successfully transition into independent living. When the war began, Kidsave's team quickly began providing evacuation assistance and delivering humanitarian aid assistance across Ukraine. Since February 2022, Kidsave has helped to evacuate over 31,000 children and families to safety and delivered over 20,000 tons of humanitarian aid across Ukraine, feeding hundreds of thousands of people.
