3 tasty SHOYU KOJI recipes!
In my previous video, I made fermented condiment SHOYU KOJI.
Let's cook up some easy, yummy dishes using the SHOYU KOJI!

⭐️Stir-fried pork&veges with SHOYU KOJI
200g sliced pork belly
1/6 or 1/8 cabbage
125g bean sprouts
1 clove sliced garlic
1 or 1.5 tbsp shoyu koji

⭐️Grilled salmon with SHOYU KOJI
300g - 400g (2pieces) salmon fillet
1 or 1.5 tbsp shoyu koji

⭐️Dip with SHOYU KOJI
Your favourite vegetable stick
1 tbsp shoyu koji
wasabi, Japanese mayonnaise

👍Please adjust the amount of SHOYU KOJI according to the amount of ingredients.
👍For stir-fried pork&veges, after marinating the pork, it's best to wait at least 10 - 15mins for the flavours to settle. You can also use chicken or beef instead of pork!
