I ran a marathon (The Penang Bridge International Marathon)

Описание к видео I ran a marathon (The Penang Bridge International Marathon)

6 months ago I set out to accomplish the hardest physical challenge in my life: running a marathon in 3:30 or less. Even though I am a regular runner, I knew this was not going to be an easy goal to reach. And the challenge was compounded by many many hurdles I had to get over: 1- Running very early in the morning to beat the heat and make it to work on time; 2- Having to regularly run in the rain; 3- My training being interrupted because of work travel and getting sick.
But there was another thing. I ran my first marathon back in 2011, when I was 25 years old and I did it in 3:34. So, 11 years later, can I beat my younger self by at least 4 mins? Watch on to find out :)
