Welcome to another day in the life of my kitchen, today we have a loaded chicken and Potato traybake, it was amazingly easy and so good too. The cinnamon rolls are linked below for the full video.

CINNAMON ROLLS:
   • Bread Machine -  Cinnamon Rolls  

LOADED CHICKEN AND POTATO TRAYBAKE :


5 medium potatoes, peeled and washed , then cut in 1-inch pieces
olive oil to spray potatoes
1 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
100g chopped chorizo or smoked sausage
1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp garlic powder
Half Tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 to 2 handfuls orcups shredded cheddar cheese
150g or 1/2 cup cooked, chopped cooked bacon pieces
Few green onions sliced thin
150g sliced mushrooms
2 or 3 carrots, washed, small diced
