One of the most common sights in the Taiwan street market - Deep Fried Sweet Potato Ball. A cheap and savory snack ideal for eating and strolling in the Night Markets. It is crispy on the outside but airy and mochi like when chewing on the sweet potato balls. Some stalls come with yam balls too or in bigger sizes. One of my favourite Taiwan street food. You just have to try it!
