Hi Friends!

It's been a while since I've posted a class on here and well... Secret's out! We're expecting a BABY! I've spent the past few months going through pregnancy and taking it easy and for this reason, it's been a while since we've posted any new videos!

We are excited to announce that we will be launching a new PRENATAL yoga series on the channel that is pregnancy safe for ALL trimesters. These classes are designed to help relieve any tension or stress away from the body, especially in the areas where we tend to carry a lot of tension and pain (such as hips, shoulders, neck, and lower back). All classes are gentle flows and stretches that will help you connect to your breath and find a bit of peace and calm.

We also have a beautiful postpartum yoga playlist on this channel, which would be a great way to re-introduce yoga into your daily routine post-birth. As always, please listen to your body throughout your practice, and modify as needed. If you feel pain or major discomfort at any time, please gently come out of the pose.
