Recording of a virtual public hearing held on 9/18/24 The Sherman Lake Residents Association has applied to EGLE for a permit under authority of Part 301, Inland Lakes and Streams, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended. The applicant proposes to remove the existing aeration system in the north bay of Sherman Lake and remove and replace the existing system in the south bay and channel of Sherman Lake. The project is located in T01S, R09W, Section 29-32, Ross Township, Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
