材料/Ingredients:
熟鷹嘴豆 130g Cooked chickpeas 130g
蓮藕 320g Lotus root 320g
香菇 兩朵 Mushrooms 2
胡蘿蔔 50g Carrot 50g
中等洋蔥 半個 Onion half

孜然粉 ½小匙 Cumin powder ½ tsp
辣椒粉 5g Chili powder 5g
玉米澱粉 1.5大匙 Corn starch 1.5 tbsp
岩鹽 ½小匙 Salt ½ tsp
薑黃粉 1/4小匙(可選)Turmeric powder (optional) 1/4 tsp

蘸醬/Dipping sauce:
(提前浸泡4小時)生腰果 50g
(Soaked 4 hours in advance) raw cashew 50g
青檸汁 1.5大匙 Lime juice 1.5 tbsp
楓糖漿或其它甜味劑 一小匙
Maple syrup or other sweetener 1tbsp
香菜 適量 Coriander to taste
熟芝麻 兩大匙 Cooked sesame seeds 2 tbsp

TIPS
1.如果你不喜歡油炸可以先將表面用少量油煎到金黃,然後上蒸鍋蒸8分鐘左右
2.你可以不用製作醬汁部分,將丸子炸好後可以當做煮湯的材料,多餘的可以冷凍起來,平時煮麵條時也可以加上一兩個

TIPS
1. If you don’t like fried food, you can fry the balls with a small amount oil until the surface is golden brown, and then steam it in a steamer for about 8 minutes
2. You don't need to make the dipping sauce. After the meatballs are fried, they can be used as soup ingredients. The ledtovers can be frozen. You can also add one or two meatballs when cook the noodles.
