Crisp Pakoda from banana flower | Banana flower vada recipe | ಕುಂಡಿಗೆ ಪಕೋಡ | Banana flower pakoda

There is nothing to waste in banana plant. So, the banana flowers also used in different dishes in kitchen. This banana flower pakoda is a tasty and healthy snack recipe too. We can add onions, green chillies and chopped gingers to enhance it's taste. Rice flour and gram flour also need to be added in correct quantity to make a perfect crispy banana flower pakoda. Then mix all the ingredients, add little hing water (salt, red chilly powder also added) and mix properly without adding any water. Make balls, just press them like vadas and deep fry in the hot oil.


Ingredients:

Banana flower 2
Coriender leaves
Oinon 2
Green chilli 4
Ginger 2inches
Curry leaves
Lemon juice 2sp
Salt to taste
Hing one channa size
Turmeroc powder 1/2sp
Red chilli powder 1sp
Rice flour 1cup
Besan 1/2cup
Coconut oil for deep fry
