Fixing rowing mistakes is important not only when it comes to your speed on the rowing machine, but also how good a workout you get. Rowing is meant to use 85% of your muscles, but if you're not rowing with a good technique, you may only be using 60%. That means less muscle activation, and possibly not burning loads of calories from your workout like you were hoping!
