Improve Arm & Hand Movement with a Gentle, Real-Time 20-Minute Workout

Описание к видео Improve Arm & Hand Movement with a Gentle, Real-Time 20-Minute Workout

In this video, I walk you through 10 gentle arm and hand exercises. These exercises are in the category of "gravity-eliminated exercises" meaning we are in positions to let gravity help us with these movements rather than fighting it. While these can be used by most stroke survivors, they're especially good for survivors who have at least a small amount of movement of their affected arm but difficulty moving through full range of motion. I go through 2 sets of 10 for each exercise.

Remember that everyone is starting from a different place so there’s no shame if you need to pause and stop. One last reminder: always stop if these movements become painful!
