Sweetpea - incredible colour combination!

Hello and welcome back to my channel! Another challenge using colours an combinations I wouldn’t normally use but I’m trying to step outside my comfort zone and experiment! I love the deep turquoise base and I’ve used that colour more often that I can remember. But I always stuck to blues and purples to compliment the colour. I don’t usually lean towards pinks, but I thought it was but such a good contrast and be really striking! I wasn’t disappointed.

All paints are mixed with European Owatrol Floetrol and water. I use a ratio of 2parts floetrol to 1part paint and 1 part water. This mixture works for me and the effects I want to create.

Colours used:
Base - Deep Turquoise by Windsor & Newton
Colours - Opera Rose, permanent rose and permanent magenta by Windsor & Newton, pearl white by Arteza, iridescent gold by Pebeo and Persian Rose by Amsterdam
