Mushroom Swiss Burger Recipe - Gourmet Mushroom and Swiss

Here are the Recipe ingredients. This will make 5 good size burgers.

Mushroom and Swiss Burger Ingredients:

1.5 lbs of hamburger
1 packet of onion soup mix
1/2 stick of burger
8 ounces of sliced mushrroms
One 15 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups of Swiss (or your choice) cheese

Directions:

Mix the hamburger and onion soup mix together. Shape into 5 burgers and salt and pepper to your taste. Set aside.

Saute the mushrooms in butter until the mushrooms turn golden brown. Next add the cream of mushroom soup to the pan and turn the heat down to low.

Grill the burgers until medium or medium well. After burgers are grilled, set aside and add cheese to each burger.

Next place the burger on your hamburger bun and place the mushroom and Swiss sauce on the burger. Enjoy!!
