WELCOME TO HEAT 2.0!
Day 2 of the summer challenge is all about targetting that booty.

We will be burning out those butt muscles for 7 minutes, with no breaks, aiming at lifting and sculpting those buns.

This routine might appear short, but trust me, you will feel the burn in your booty. Focus on the mind-muscle connection and make sure to push yourself.
