Grounded pork 200g
Rice grain 250g
Water
1 ginger
3 cloves of shallot
Crispy fried shallot
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
Salt & pepper

🥬Some optional herbs🥬
Green onion
Cilantro
Beansprouts
Vietnamese coriander (also called laksa leaf or praew leaf in some regions).

Sauce
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of water
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Minced ginger
Red chili (if you want some heat).
