▷Ingredients
‣Crust
60g . . . Digestive biscuits
15g . . . Almond powder
35g . . . Melted unsalted butter
‣Cheesecake
280g . . Cream cheese
120g . . Sour cream
(You can use plain yogurt instead of sour cream)
70g . . . Sugar
10g . . . Corn starch
100g . . Whipping cream
1 Whole egg
1 Egg yolk
3g . . . . Vanilla extract
10g . . . Lemon juice

▷Bake Time
Bake at 300°F /150°C in water bath for 60 minutes. Turn off the power of the oven. Place gloves on the oven door to leave gaps. Let the cake in the oven to room temperature.

▷Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving

15 cm (6 inch) → 12 cm (4.7 inch)
Ingredients x 0.67 times, Bake time x 0.8~0.9 times

15 cm (6 inch) → 18 cm (7 inch)
Ingredients x 1.5 times, Bake time x 1.25 times

15 cm (6 inch) → 21 cm (8.2 inch)
Ingredients x 2 times, Bake time x 1.5 times
