Amazing Realistic Sweater Cake! | Knitted Sweater Cake Tutorial | Autumn/ Fall Cake |Sweater Weather

It's fall y'all ! 🍂

I absolutely love everything about this season.... 💛🧡🤎
The crisp evening air, wooly sweaters, glowing candles, getting cozy with spiced lattes and baking almost everything with spices in them 🥰 My home smells divine at this time

For this project I used three 5" x 7" cakes. the finished cake measured roughly just above 7" in height.

The mold I used for the sweaters/jumpers are called knitting mold or cable knit mold. These are easily available on amazon or Etsy.

The colours used for the fondant from Top to Bottom- Sugarflair melon, Sugarflair Autumn leaf, Wilton Brown.

You may need to secure your cake with a couple of dowels. I had to as it had started moving about when crumb coating.

Since this is a sweater cake you don't have to be perfect with the joints or seams. Use your Dresden tool to create dents and little markings so it all looks folded.

The coffee cup can also be made with cake or RKT. I never have them on hand when I need them 😆
