This mini rose cake is a perfect birthday cake for friends, beloved ones...etc. They would love it for sure! And it's easy to make. You can make mini roses in any color you like.

Important notes:

* Try to make more isomalt stems, just in case it breaks during the process.
* The rose on the isomalt stem should not be too large, otherwise it would fall off easily.
* Make sure to place the finished rose in the fridge for 10 minutes before next step, otherwise it would all off easily.
